After the Pacific Coast Band, Patrick finished a Baccalaureate with honors and enrolled in a Masters program in Literature. He was recruited for the Intelligence Community Center of Academic Excellence to investigate the relationship between religious doctrine, economies, and global security. He studied esoteric wisdom and acted as a Track II Ambassador to the Parliament of World's Religions. His diplomatic mission focused on opportunities for disarmament, economic reform, the energy crisis, and climate change adaptation. He continued his inquiry and activism in doctoral seminars. His proposal to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency featured a world peace summit, and the founding of the NASA Global Starship Alliance included two cover songs recorded at Kulak's Woodshed.
